The purpose of E+O Property Syndication Capital Fund is to raise capital to support Erskine Owen property investment schemes

+ The capital is exclusively for use by Erskine Owen property investment schemes, primarily to meet committed financial obligations relating to the establishment, and subscription of a scheme
+ $100,000 minimum investment open to Wholesale Investors only

Returns for the E+O Property Syndication Capital Fund will be achieved by the Limited Partnership through the financing of a range of other Erskine Owen established Limited Partnerships, where the purpose of those Limited Partnerships is to establish and operate property investment schemes.
* Offers will be restricted to “Wholesale Investors” under clauses 3(2) and 3(3) of Schedule 1 to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (or to any other person to whom an exclusion applies under Schedule 1 of that Act).
