Property Details
The Brackenfields Shopping Centre occupies approximately 2.7Ha of freehold land and is located in the centre of Amberley, Canterbury (45 minutes from Christchurch) at 121 Carters Road.
The property houses supermarket giant, Countdown, the only supermarket in Amberley. It is accompanied by 15 specialty and essential service tenancies. Underpinned by a strong agricultural local economy, the property is serviced well by the established Amberley town and also the wider district.
The property comprises three buildings constructed in 2014 – the supermarket, and two adjacent buildings either side, comprising 14 of the specialty tenancies between them.
The structure of the buildings are reinforced concrete slab and steel beam, along with an exterior cladding of precast concrete panels and aluminium sheeting. The roofings are long-run metal.
