Position: Investor Relations Manager

Erskine Owen seeks an investor relations expert to support the growth of our property syndication division.
You will be the face of the organisation for existing and potential investors and support our delivery of commercial property investment opportunities through a range of distribution channels. You will be involved in all aspects of investor relations from providing investment solutions to clients to preparing regular communications and reports. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will ensure you concisely convey complex financial and non-financial information clearly and effectively to our stakeholders.

An excellent relationship builder and organiser, you will appreciate that good investor relations relies on consistently delivering value for our EO investment community. You will maintain your channels of communication and influence across the business to ensure the whole organisation is focused on client satisfaction. You will be comfortable drafting investor communications from scratch, including media releases, quarterly reports, and presentations to potential investor groups or financial adviser networks. You will execute our investor relations strategy and ensure the wider market understands our business approach and USP and considers opportunities to invest or partner with EO.

EO has a collaborative approach to delivery of our investment offers and you will work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team to deliver these projects. We value candidates who have a high level of energy, who are not afraid to ask the hard questions, and who can provide solutions and suggestions based on analysis and understanding of investor behaviour and industry distribution channels.

You may already have a background in investor relations, be client-facing in a financial services or professional services environment, or simply have a passion for investment and a strong background in customer service. Whatever your experience, you will understand how financial markets and property investments work, have a solution-based approach to communication and sales, and be fearless with regard to contacting the investment community and promoting EO. This role is crucial for delivery of our business goals and objectives and the remuneration package will reflect the importance of the position.
